Feldt’s is today one of Sweden’s largest producers of hand peeled prawns in brine. A by-product from the production is of course the shells. These shells are taken care of and used in the production of our tasty shellfish stocks.
Feldt’s shellfish stocks are something as unique as ”real stocks”. The stocks are made from real prawn shells (not concentrate), onions, carrot, rosemary and tomato puree that traditionally have been cooked together in a saucepan - just as if you had done it yourself in your own kitchen.
The stocks should not be diluted - they are already ready to use.
Our shellfish stocks are thus ”real stocks” which in short means that they taste like stock should taste. Absolutely free of additives, E-numbers and flavor enhancers.
Additionally, the stocks are made from MSC-labeled raw materials.
